Time to reconnect ladies?

I know life has been busy -I've been the worst. I would love to recconect with you all and maybe host another workshop or help you with some individual projects.

What have you been working on over this long winter and what are you looking forward to for this spring?

Making it green!

Today the Green Queens of Reno County are getting together with our illustrious leader, Green Irene Consultant, Kate Van Cantfort! We are going to make natural cleaning items to use at home and create a safer, healthier home environment. This is the list of what we will be using:

Supplies
Mixing bowl
Measuring cup and measuring spoons
4 spray bottles (new or used, but empty)
A couple of glass jars or Tupperware containers
Must haves
Distilled white vinegar ( I would get a gallon or bring what you have at home.)
Baking Soda (two small boxes or a large box)
Washing Soda (these are two different products, but Arm and Hammer makes them both.)
Borax (they have this in the cleaning aisle at Dillon's)
Kosher salt (they sell a box of it at Dillon's in the baking aisle.)

Optional items
Lemons and/or oranges
Washing Soda (it may or may not be easy to purchase around here. I am going to look for it tonight.)
Citric Acid or 2 packets of sugar free lemonade Kool Aid
Olive oil (for those who want to make furniture polish)
Essential oils (tea tree and peppermint most commonly used)
Castille soap (if you have it)

Looking forward to some good, CLEAN, fun - naturally!
